Easy Returns Policy

We care about your satisfaction. That’s why returns to Beeqasi are fast & easy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Beeqasi within 7 days of the delivered date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. All conditions MUST be met, If not, Beeqasi reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the seal) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories.
  • The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.
  • Beeqasi is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Beeqasi can only refund the original purchase price.
  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

How do I return the item(s)/Good(s) back to Beeqasi.

After you’ve notified us of your returns, We will make several attempts within 4 working days to pick-up the returning item.

After unsuccessful 4 days pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.

Please ensure that the package of the returning item is in he same condition as it was delivered for a smooth return procedure; any package found to be damaged will be rejected by the rider during collection.

Final Sale & Nonreturnable Items

For missing items and damaged products especially broken screens please check with our riders during delivery and return on the spot.

    • Fresh foods i.e vegetables & fruits
    • Unwrapped/opened Item(s)/Good(s).
    • Perfumes, jewelry, health & wellness products.
    • Innerwear, swimsuits, gym wear, sleep wear
    • Unwrapped consumable items (e.g., tapes, bulbs, ink cartridges, etc.)
    • Any Item(s)/Good(s) built or modified by Beeqasi to customer’s specifications.
    • Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.
    • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
    • Unwrapped educational tapes and books

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 4-6 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
